missing toilet paper

my stay at ea embassy was a complete disappointment. the air conditioning was unbearably noisy, and I had to request basic toilet paper! I can't believe I didn’t receive a complimentary upgrade for my troubles. breakfast was a great letdown too. i almost gave a good review, but with all these issues, i just couldn’t.

The hotel is very clean and perfectly located.

My experience was marred by the poorly maintained bathroom. I found the shower cap had mold on it, and after notifying the reception, nothing changed. The breakfast was underwhelming, with limited vegetarian options and items that were not replenished promptly, leaving us disappointed.

Had an amazing time with my friends! The location made it easy to explore attractions like the castle and the old square. Our room was spacious with comfy beds. Breakfast was diverse and tasty. Can't recommend it enough for a fun group getaway!

The location of the hotel is very convenient, within walking distance to main attractions. The breakfast exceeded expectations with a variety of delicious options each morning. Our double room was spacious and exactly as shown in the photos, creating a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. I also appreciated the daily cleaning service and the friendly staff, always happy to assist with inquiries.

However, some housekeeping items were occasionally missed during our stay.
